It’s somewhat incomplete for a couple of reasons I’m aware of. One is coverage: Not all Person records in Freebase specify nationality. Another is that the interaction among various Freebase types — esp. award_honor and award_winner — is problematic.

However with respect to that Wikipedia list, I was using Freebase to focus specifically on Nobel Peace Prize winners, not Nobel laureates generally.
