		<description><![CDATA[I work for a vendor of a software product that produces some of the various state-by-state flavors of UCR and NIBRS (and there are many).  If you have general data questions, I can try answer them for you.  (Email me).

It is also worth noting that individual States usually collect more data than is available at the Federal (UCR or NIBRS) level.  You might be able to get better data, depending on your state.  I don&#039;t know who you would contact though - I assume that the data is reported at some level.

PS: The narrow definition of rape is true for UCR only I think - not for NIBRS.]]></description>
